Matilda by Maisie

Last night, Mum, Milla and I went to see Matilda the Musical at the Cambridge Theatre.  

We left home at 6:30 and caught two tubes to Covent Garden.  We then walked the rest of the way to the theatre.  We arrived at 7:20 for a 7:30 start.

Milla needed to go to the toilet and there was a MASSIVE QUEUE!  By then we only had 3 minutes til the start of the show.  Milla only just made it in time!  Phew! We took our seats in the second last row and Milla and I sat on 2 cushions each so we could see.  It was a very small theatre, much smaller than QPAC and it was packed.  

The show was great! Matilda and Ms Trunchbull were both excellent.

It finished at 10:30 and Milla fell asleep on the tube on the way home.  I nearly did too.  I went straight to bed and I had the best sleep ever because I was so tired!
