Tower of London by Maisie

It was once said that if the Ravens ever left the Tour of London, the Tower would crumble and England would fall.  I found this out today when we visited the Tower of London.
After watching the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace, we then headed to the Tower.  We had already visited the Tower last night to watch the Ceremony of the Keys, but today we got to explore inside.
We saw the crown of jewels, a display of armoury and weapons, the chapel where 3 queens were buried after being executed and the White tower which is an amazing 1000 years old.   That is older than our country.
Later we walked across the Tower Bridge to conclude another big day of sightseeing.

Harvey was in charge of the tube map today and getting us from A to B.  He did a good job.  Tomorrow is my turn.  I hope I am over my cold tomorrow as I battled a bit today.
