When we were walking we saw key rings, souvenirs, food and drink stalls and emoji faced pillows like maisie has at home. We walked over a bridge where the gate opens and closes for the water level. It is interesting but hard to explain how it works to even out the water level for the boats. You have to wind the gates open and closed.
Some people live on these boats. 
We have seen lots of homeless people. One man had made a raft and was sleeping on the water. I think this would be scary as he could unconsciously sleep walk off the raft.
Those will come in handy when you go skiing. Auntie Brooke says Bridget will be jealous 😀
